As I plug my last cartridge of Lamy Copper Orange into my Al-Star, I start to consider replacements.

So I have to ask: which inks the network believes are good look-alikes for Lamy Copper Orange?

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!

Maybe Diamine Ancient Cooper, or their brand new ink Diamine Blood Orange?

Diamine Ancient Cooper, Diamine Blood Orange, Noodler's Habanero. Got it.

I'll order some samples and see which I'll choose.

Thanks!

Ancient Copper is quite a bit darker and browner. Diamine Pumpkin is possibly closer (but quite bright).  Not sure if it helps, but Copper Orange cartridges still easily available on UK Amazon.

Another ink for my sample order from Goulet Pens this weekend!

Yeah, I heard Bureau Direct has got some still. But I'm liking this idea of getting a bunch of samples of the same color to find my next love.
