Hi all,

i received a CS as present about a year ago, well got it going,
have using it as much as possible at work, privately and otherwise , .. dont know..
but i must admit, its just much more fun to do my writing with a nice pen using "real",

so i am hoping to extend my horizon, learn more, hanging in there,

In Stockholm, as far as i know, there is not much going on, pen wise that is;
so i think FPN is THE place to stay tuned in to.

thanks everyone for this warm welcome,

great stuff, well as already mentioned by someof you,
Stockholm, maybe Scandinavia as whole, is sort underdeveloped in this case

,
perhaps one of the reason being, we never ever produced a classic brand
of our own (as far as I know anyway), well there is "Ballograf"
but they are not really into fountain pens, at least nowadays,( maybe were before
I am not sure)

so once again thanks ever so much for such warm welcome.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
