Name That Nib!

I recently purchased this pen from a person in Italy; she said it was a custom made celluloid pen (no brand) from the 2000's, but I was wondering if someone can recognize the nib manufacturer. The pen was made in Turin (Settimo Torinese, to be precise).

actually those pens and nibs were those offered in a "De Agostini collection", issued each week in stationery shops along witha small magazine about the history of the fountain pen. The pens were chinese rip off of more famous models ( I have the copy of the Duofold and one resembling a Waterman with a silver overlay). I have never got to write mines hope you got better luck, but if you paid it more than 10 euros you got ripped off.

Thanks for the information. Well, I paid 19 USD, no big deal, but what makes me mad is the lie from the seller. Mine writes smoothly, and to be honest it also looks nice, so I'll keep it and use it.
