Very interesting. Looks like a love child between a Montblanc 12 and a Sheaffer Imperial II. How well does the aerometric filler work?

The squeeze bulb filler works better if you 'de-tube' it. I turned up my nib tip just a bit to more closely emulate the Sheaffer conical nib,, found its perfect ink (Iroshizuku Tsuyu-Kusa...yeah, I know), and am currently using it, having now refilled it twice with its forever ink.

It's a great pen, one of my favorites - more so, than some of my more expensive pens. It's light, works like a charm and holds a lot of ink.

My only complaint wold be that the ink sac is painted blue since I had Diamine Sapphire blue ink in it and it won't clean no mater what. Other than that - great pen and great value.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
