A guider mini. absolutely hilariously thin pen. Needed some tweaking out of the box, but it writes damn well now.

description reminds me of the Sailor Chalana series, which probably came out around the same time "Virginia Slims" cigarettes trended in the 70's. Subliminal message: "use these and you'll lose weight?"

A fine silver 970 (sterling silver is 925) fountain pen with barley corn guilloche. Schmidt 341 nib unit in B. Pen is from an Indian company called OSAS. The silver is BIS hall marked.

I recently purchased these beauties. Ranga Model 3 in Blue, Blue Cracked Ice and Blue Red Cracked Ice acrylic. I am absolutely in love with these pens. The acrylic material is top notch. I am mesmerized by the craftsmanship, it is truly a work of art done by master pen makers.

Especially notable is how comfortable these large pens are. My hands are not quite XL in glove size, at the large end of L. The ridge separating the nib from the grip is perfectly placed for me.

My new Ranga 3C in black ebonite! I'm having a lot of fun with it. I tried it with the included converter, and now I'm trying it eyedroppered. Everytime I remembered I wanted to take a picture of it, it turned out to be a cloudy day. These are some pictures by the window (I apparently need to dust around that area...).

Also, yes, it's a wonderful pen. Definitely agree with the comments above about the craftsmanship and charm.

OEM. But they supply only M, I pulled the M and installed my B of identical type. FH341 from Schmidt. Thanks!

One of the cheapest pens I own (actually THE cheapest, as I got it for free a very long time ago) has been inked for years with a variety of red inks for correcting papers: the lowly Serwex Special 101. I must have 4 or 5 of these at the bottom of a drawer, but the one I've kept inked for the longest time is one with a red cap and clear barrel. It's a terrible pen, with a crooked clip, off-center plastic cap "jewell" and mismatched color scheme (gold colored nib, silver cap bands and clip). However, the nib is quite acceptable, and it's never failed me. For some reason, I love it. Quite unreasonable, but it's just one of those things. I understand the company has closed, which is unfortunate.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
