Makes one wonder how the exterior of the pen looks. Any side buttons or whatever there?

Hello D.ick, I'm happy to see your comment my friend, .... I will try to describe it as much as my English works,
actually it has nothing from outside, only cap with clip and barrel, no end push button, not  retractable, it's in stable position to write, when you remove the cap and barrel you have this heavy metal body with unknown details inside even the ballpoint refill is short and has no imprint!!!
Edit:
the screw in the middle is not moving, only the lever action I didn't try it yet and I wont do before I know what kind of Pens is that

That is an unique looking pen for sure! It looks to me as though the two little stubs on the side lock it in place. Are they spring loaded?

Maybe you need to push them in as you lift the lever. It also looks as though the lever slides up.
