Hi everyone, I've just realized that I'm on FPN from years and never introduced myself to you XD

So, I'm Guido and I'm from Genova - Italy. I'm in love with fountain pens since I was a boy but start collecting 'em only since a few years.

I like so much pens at this point in time...
Well, I have always with me a Pelikan P205 F, today I had some time with a Pilot Penmanship that is something like a needle point, not the smoothest thing ever but very effective.

Said that, I really love to write with my Aurora 88 F, Lamy 2000 EF and Visconti Michelangelo B (that has a great fine line in reverse), but I don't take em with me like everyday.

I should mention also Delta, like Unica or dolce vita piston, both great pens for daily use.

btw there are so many other pens and producers not mentioned that I really like.

You have some really nice pens to do many styles of writing.

 

What kinds of paper and ink do you prefer?

If your out-go is more than your income,

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..
