The Kandinsky LE77 looked very nice from the photo I saw in Pen Magazine tonight. However if that is the price ($20,000+) I will only use it in my dreams.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the ink or pen here in the United States? I'm in California and my local boutique does not have the pen or ink yet.

My mate Mike Davis was in a MB shop recently, no pictures were taken, no copyright was infringed.

 

Mike does not like pens, although he does like jazz, he was after a belt. I wanted to give him a belt for not liking pens.

I ran into the pen today, sad to report that I am not a fan. I failed to see the nuances intended and overall it didn't 'speak to me' in any way.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
