Dearest members and Visitors of the little Fountain Pen Nut House on the digital prairie,

Apologies for the inconvenience, as we had to patch and reboot our server at short notice in order to fix a potential security leak reported about 20 minutes ago by our host providers.

However, better safe than sorry :).

All is well again now.

Warm regards, Wim

On behalf of the FPN Admin team

Yes, sorry for that, but since it was a general Linux OS issue reported by Google to our host providers, we decided to take no risk at all, fix it straight away and reboot to put it in effect, without even a warning. We don't particularly like potential leaks. :)

Warm regards, Wim

Which is why you're one of the best! Thank you for looking out for us, it is appreciated. :)

As a network admin, I have to agree completely - better safe than sorry! Thanks for being pro-active.

I guess I got lucky -- I wasn't logged on when you were doing the work.

Thanks for all you do to keep the site up and running.

I didn't notice at the time, either, but thank you very much for this and all the other work you do!
