I've become very fond of flex nibs, but since I'm left-handed I can't - and probably shouldn't - press deeply on the downstroke like the really polished calligraphers do. That said, I've gotten my handwriting to look reasonably antique over time. Brown ink helps, too.

Some of the best calligrapher are lefthanded. Some even can do both hands at the same time. Just amazing. And most of these calligrapher are on iampeth as master of penman. You should be so lucky to be lefty. Most envious.

That "Mega Noodle" 32V went for $1,175.00!

 

There has to be a cheaper way to draw bulging figure-of-eight swirls...

And I wonder if the seller damaged it flexing that much?
