Sailor Sei-boku is a permanent ink that has an original colour and shades beautifully. I like it a lot.

Depending what is easiest available for you, Parker Quink Blue-Black does a good job. Also dries super fast. I brlieve now you have plenty of options

Which is more "bulletproof" Noodler's bulletproof inks or an ink that's ISO 14145-2 certified? In other words, which ink has passed the tougher test? Thanks for any info!

 

That's a good question...my money is on Noodlers (for the ones that are fully eternal, bulletproof, etc).

Akkerman #10 definitely, but I have yet to try out Montblanc Permanent Blue.
