I've searched around on the internet, but can't find any mustard yellow inks. The closest I have come is KWZI Honey, a beautiful ink with gorgeous shading, but it seems to be impossible to get hold of.

Do anyone know of other brands making good shading "mustard ink"?

Speaking of impossible, or at least improbable, I seem to remember the old Sheaffer Skrip Gold of the 1990s being a kind of mustard yellow. In today's inks, sorry, no personal knowledge of any.

Yellow mustard or the browner variants. Hunt for Buttercup, Ambre de Birmanie, Shoreline Gold...

I wonder if a strong decoction of turmeric would work.

Montblanc Gandhi was Saffron ink, but I think it's more orange than mustard.

+1 for J Herbin Ambre de Birmanie. I reviewed that one. It also comes in the scented version

If you are the sort who thinks of mustard as Grey Poupon, allow me to suggest KWZI Old Gold or Noodler's Golden Brown, both are great shaders. You will most probably find something you like in the Noodler's line and I suggest that you take a look at the superb Goulet website where you can actually take a look at everything they have in a color chart. You can go from French's to Moutard de Meaux and back again. Happy hunting, look in the yellow and brown areas.

The closest I can think of would be Rohrer & Klingner's Helianthus (Sunflower).  Very bright golden yellow.

Thank you all for good suggestions. So far the Ambre de Birmanie seems to be a good alternative (at least on my screen; writing samples with a wet noodle). But I have Pelikan Edelstein Amber, and if it is like that, it is quite light brown.

Oh, yes, Rohrer & Klingner's Helianthus seems to be gorgeous! And KWZI Old Gold! Wow! I think I'll buy that if it's available.

I've been on Goulet's site today, and yes, Noodler's or Diamine golden brown could be good alternatives.

Again; thank you all!

That ink is perfect with your gorgeous(!!!) pen.  Beautiful writing, too.

KWZI's Old Gold is indeed special. I suspect there is a sheen to it though I have not isolated it, it rather gleams like gold. I love Noodler's Golden Brown, too but this one is just quality.

Thank you, people!  :)

I ordered the ink from:

http://kwzink.com/language/en/

I also ordered Honey and a beautiful blue ink called 4106 Azure 4. All three of them are great!

I also love Noodler's golden brown. It is quite close to KWZI's Honey in my eyes.

Well, you've already ordered some inks, but De Atramentis Apricot might be close to what you want (it's not as orange as the name implies) and is a touch more visible on the page than many other yellows.

I guess it's some variation on Parker 51 - but I'm not sure. I'd like to know as well :)

Beautiful combination.

Yes KWZ's Old Gold is a beauty, indeed.

@Merrycitrine - I think the pen is a Kulock's Parker 51. is it not, line? Could you show the details of it, please?

It has an interesting cap design, so I am really curious. The Parker 51's I find are all plain caps.
