I purchased a Parker Duofold that is discolored. Is there any way to bleach it back to the original color

I assume that I will have to remove the black nib holder to get to the sac, is that right?  Does it unscrew?

Nope.

 

The discoloration is Within the material. It's caused by sulphur outgassing from the latex sac.

 

The cap is what the barrel originally looked like.

Yes the section does have threads on it. As for the color change, No.
