Waterman Nibs - Will A #7 Fit A 52 1/2V?

I noticed it in an eBay store - a #7 right-oblique stub. Green. If I can't get it into a 52, what body would it fit?

It's a pretty little thing. My dad would say I need it like I need a spare a--hole, but he doesn't get a vote.

It will not, unfortunately. A N°52 will take #2-sized nibs - the number in the ones place denotes the nib size. Interestingly enough, the Waterman's N°7 pens used #5-sized nibs; those pens did not abide by the numbering system Waterman used for their earlier pens. The Green will fit a Waterman's N°55, though, so if you have one of those you're in luck.

I've mostly collected the little 52 1/2v ringtops and a couple of Model 52s. It's a certain reality that whatever you're hunting for instantly disappears.

An update: the vendor also had a #2 Manifold from Canada. It'll need some work still, because it's slightly left-oblique, but I've been sending pens to Fred Krinke and he might be able to even it out.
