Where did you get them from, I have a stainless steel Hero 100 and I like it for fine writing at work - this would look nicer on my desk.

This is a very special creation coming from taobao which is a lot that converts your standard hero 100 into this gorgeous pen. There is a thread somewhere that I started concerning this but I can't seem to find It this instant. I have one coming next week. The thread is called "demonstrator piston hero 100? Yes!". I know this person,家永手工（Jia-Yong Craftmanship）.

He also makes pelikan,Montblanc and lamy demonstrators.

His pens are inexpensive. They are 3d printed and hand polished.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
