I prefer the second as well, but appreciate both. I particularly like the contrast between finishes on cap/barrel and finial. Nicely done!

Write with a pen as unique as your thoughts!

Thanks Tasmith, Fountainpagan, Treasconik, carlos, dougscott, and flummoxed....

Mehan, send you a PM...

Flummoxed, Not nib making.. only doing the modification of the tip part where the point touches the paper plus grinding away wings/shoulders or heat tempering to change stiffness.. After these, the nib will be a completely different animal from what set in the factory.

The nib used here was purchased from Mr. Pratap ( Gama pens) as a lot. Runs as Broad and a little costlier than Medium nibs. Its unmodified, installed just for the sake of taking pictures.

The third version......

I think this neck complements the barrel more

Very nice work Sree. I very much like the flushed "Lamy-esque" design. Perhaps it would be more proportioned with shiny black accents on both ends, though your signature style has always been a single cap end.

The first dual capped pen looks very nice and also rather large, with a comfortable section! As always, I am a big fan of your matte ebonite handwork.
