Two Pen Pack (Eyedropper Fill & Piston Fill) Pif

Recommended Posts

Noodler's eyedropper and FPR Dilli piston filler pen up for grabs.

I'd prefer the pens to go to someone new to the hobby. Try two filling systems other than cartridge/converter!

Comment below, I'll use random.org to draw a winner at the end of this month.

I would like to throw my hat in the ring. I'm not a complete newbie but have not been around very long. Thanks for the chance oshizemi.

I'd like to be considered. I've only been interested in fountain pens for about a month now, and I only have two fountain pens: one of which I got from the craft store. Thank you very much!

May I ask if this your PIF is open internationally? If it were, I would like to be entered into the draw please.

I'm not exactly new, however I love the Noodler'sXPlatinum Eyedropper.

I have one which is my always clipped to my front left trousers' pocket. People compliment me on it and they are drawn to it when they see it write and ultra juicy line, see me draw with it or when they see it's large amount of ink swishing around freely inside.

As a result, I have given away two of these as gifts to two of my students in 2014. It's not an expensive gift even though I still need to get them grease (Thank you China for extra cheap Silicon grease) and ink (I always have some inexpensive bottles stocked for this)

More so, I recently bought two more of the Preppys plus one more of "the other-" -the Indian-made, and without a name- Noodler's eyedroppers....I haven't even received the pens yet, nonetheless they are already booked.

And yes that means I also have to get more grease still, hai, hai.

Anyway, this is why I would like to be considered please. Feel assured that the pens would be given to new interested users. Thank you.

Very generous of you

Count me in

I'm a newbie and I only have cardridge/convertor pens, and would like to have a go with other filling systems too.

The post is for both. As the saying goes "beggars can't be choosers", it costs more to send two small packages out than one for me.

Yes, it is less than $5 usd for me to mail this out. Standard priority envelope, not insured. Takes a while to receive though.

As you are admittedly not new, you have disqualified yourself, sorry.

...

Thanks all who have entered thus far and goodluck. Please, only new folks to the hobby. Available internationally.

As I never owned a Noodler's pen nor a eye dropper, I would gladly enter my name in the drawing!

I'd like to throw my hat in the ring as well. I just recently got my first fountain pen after coming on the forum last year. I joined last year while researching the Kickstarter Visonnaire pen I backed and ended up being severely disappointed in. The pen I received never would write properly.

Today I received a Pilot Prera from Amazon that I bought with Christmas giftcards. I'm starting small. I have a CON50 converter with it and would love to try a different filling system. As of yet I've written very little with my Prera, but it's nice so far!

It would be fantastic if i could be entered as well. I have looked at eyedroppers for a long while now but have never had the guts to spend more than 30 dollars on a pen. Thank you for the consideration :)

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
