FPN appearing slow

Dearest Member or Visitor of the little Fountain Pen Nut house on the digital prairie,

Due to a continuing DDoS attack, FPN could be moving only slowly. Hosting Support is dealing with this. The earlier reported hardware issue has been fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I wanted to know what size nib is used for the Airmail 77RD and Serwex 1362 fountain pens. I want to buy some of the FPR nibs since I heard they were so good. Thanks.

Thanks, but the descriptions for the pens don't tell me what nib is used. FPR nibs can only be used for some of their pens.

I can confirm that the Serwex 1362 will accommodate the FPR #5 nibs - I have a pink one (bought it for my daughter, then decided she was too young for it!), fitted with a Medium tipped nib.

The Airmail 77RD I don't like your chances swapping the nib out - according to the FPR website it's a semi-hooded?

A word of warning: I've tried MOST of the FPR #5 nibs, and find them all to be smooth and pleasant writers, with one exception: the 'Fine stub', which (in my experience) seems to have slightly sharpish edges.
