Still loving my pink ink. This is my writing kit ready for the start of National Novel Writing Month, NaNoWriMo for short. Rose Tendresse ink, pink Lamy Safari pen and a pink and silver notebook. I plan to write longhand during the day and type and upload in the evening, at least that's the plan that's in my head :D

Oh, Rose Tendresse is a very lovely pink. The notebook is even lovelier, luckily its e-bay available... Sorry, left for ordering my notebook too. :blush:

Nice!!! I thought about handwriting for NaNoWriMo this year, but as I already started a handwritten novel, I think I'll just be typing for the month of November. I am envious of your setup!

My evol Ex and I were just discussing NaNoWriMo, I'll suggest pink and he will laugh at me. Perhaps though this will encourage him. Good luck and happy writing.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off.
