I'm sorry you feel this way.

However, you now have people willing to discuss trades AND once the trades start, you can have a link in the forum.

No worries, I had no expectations of this going anywhere when I first brought it up, but with all the support from other members and mods, I guess I kinda got caught up in it and started having thoughts of grandeur for this wonderful nib trade thread or even sub-forum within the Esterbrook forum. And all from a hairbrained idea from the FNG.

The outcome doesn't change my opinion of this wonderful place.

All is well.

pointless postscript:  I sure wish I could find a one of the Estie broad stub nibs (well actually, I'd like to find two).  I never see them; I see the oblique ones but am reluctant since I am a LH overwriter.  Maybe I'll see one at a pen show sometime.

Check out Anderson's, they have a good selection, especially of the 2xxx nibs. Or send one to ArtsNibs to be stubbed.

Try the Estie loaner program and test out a nib.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I'll try the loaner program when I am situated - in the process of moving from east coast to west coast, and don't want a nib lost in the shuffle. :-)
