I have the opportunity to trade a few knives in my collection for this set.  I have owned sterling pens from Eversharp and they seem to be made from low-gauge sterling silver sheet which dings quite easily. Can owners give me some feedback?

Want to buy: Any titanium pen with 18k nib encrusted with blue diamonds blessed by the Dalai Lama at a minimum altitude of 8,500 meters.

The gold is also a sheet, so it'll probably ding as easily

Look at the many 14k Skylines out there that are badly dinged. One that is not is basically unused.

I have 2 sets in pristine condition but they seldom get much use that takes them any further than my home desk.
