Platinum Blue-Black (iron gall but it stays blue, doesn't turn black as it oxidizes).  Wonderful ink in my experience.

My everyday go to ink is iroshizuku tsuki yo. Wonderfully behaved and amazing color. Before that was private reserve midnight blues.
