Hi Opooh,

Making the ends transparent would be feasible.

Francis

This sounds interesting. I've always been curious about how the ends are attached on a bulkfiller.

Very nice indeed.  I actually like the ink window as it is.

Part of the fun of having an ink window is to see the fun different colored inks sloshing around inside.

Why muddy that color water with a colored window?

Clear please.

Nib is 14K Size 8- the largest Bock makes...
Francis
PS : Note the nib unit is a BOCK screw-in cartridge featuring an ebonite feed.

Hello,
Does that correspond to the Bock 250 (so far as I know, the largest nib in a screw in unit, with a 35 mm nib length) or to the Bock 380 (39 mm nib length)? I admire the pen greatly.

Thanks for your valued input, I agree a smokey gray ink window would look better !
Attached a new pictures showing the pen with a rhodium plated nib, surely fits better in my opinion...

It's a Bock 380 (also informally refered to as a #8 nib). The standard Conid pens have Bock 250 nibs (also informally refered to as a #6 nibs).

Thank you for the explanation  :)

Werner recently added streamline and flattop ebonite Kingsize Bulkfillers to the CONID catalogue.  But the order form there gives the same nib info and options as the other lines of Bulkfillers.
