I agree with this. I ordered the Dilli Flex from Kevin first. Received a free Serwex with it. Went on and ordered a Serwex MB and a guru flex a couple of weeks later. Received another Serwex pen free along with an extra fine nib.
I had no idea about the problems that the Serwex MB faced when capping. The nib sometimes hits the inside of the cap and gets damaged. I realised the nib was damaged and thought I had done something wrong. When I went to order a new nib, Kevin immediately said it was a pen issue and I received a new nib FREE within 3 days. (helps living in India for the quick deliveries)
The responses to emails, the delivery and the support given by Kevin is exemplary. Just wanted to share this with everyone here.

Another big shout out to Kevin at FPR from me as well. The customer service is outstanding! Blazingly fast responses and super guy to deal with. Oh and the Taj Mahal Himalaya is gorgeous, its shimmers like a pearl!

I contacted Kevin in Texas, (IIRC), and he sent me out a replacement order right away... he even let me change it.
I like the pens I get from them, too.

I also enjoy buying from Kevin. I just received a Himalayan with a flex nib. It's my first flex pen, so I'm going to have to get a better idea of how to write with it. He also sent me a free ink dropper pen. I've been curious about those for quite a while, and now I have one play with.
