Just can't recommend this one. It's surprising because Bad Blue Heron is one of the best behaved inks in my collection. And Bad Black Moccasin is great too (though at a loss of hairlines and longer dry times), but this one is just plain bad!

What an excellent way to show the extreme feathering in this ink. It doesn't matter much to me as I don't care for the color, either, and would add this to my list of horrid Noodler's inks.

Wow, I wonder if you got a bad bottle. I find this ink wet, but I've never encountered that kind of feathering with it (maybe it's the paper? I tend to use sugarcane/bamboo papers the most often. It does well on post-it notes, too). It's my favorite green and I love how permanent it is.

eta: I use it in a Platinum Preppy medium nib and a Noodler's Rollerball pen.

This is how it behaves for me. I've got a full bottle of the stuff that I'm not sure what to do with. Maybe I'll split it in half and dilute it. :)

Same case to me, the aftermath was that I threw away the entire bottle. This can be said as the worst purchase so far.

I really admire your honesty in this review - well done! Seriously! Obviously it wouldn't be one I'd get apart from the possible difficulties of buying from the US, with our import fees and so on. Having said that, buying a singe bottle of Noodler's from Goulet PC wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be so the odd bottle or two might start to find their way into Limoges Villas.

Noodler's ink. When they are good, they are very, very good. And when they are bad, they are Bad Green Gator.

I'd throw Polar Brown in the same category. Awful.

Uh, think you can retrieve the bottle?? I'll buy it from you...

...This ink isn't so bad if you have obnoxiously resistant paper and inks with less penetration to mix with.

I have not tried either of those - kind of tempted now to see how it goes.
