Still waiting for any sign of order #1052. It's been long ago paid for and promised a couple of times. Is there any news?

Thanks.

Mike ( Who has been waiting patiently since December 5th)

Hi,

Is there any chance of getting an update on invoice #1052? It seems quite a long time since payment, and I've no word.

Thanks in advance. I appreciate your efforts.

Hi Mike,

It looks like your payment fell into the hole of waiting for the new batch of inks to arrive and attending to other admin stuff here on the board which got neglected a bit when dealing with the flurry of ink orders. Your payment will be processed very quickly, before any new orders are processed.

HTH, warm regards, Wim

Estacada Oregon...that's only a short drive from me!

Does that mean that invoices are going out again?

Yes, there are :D.

Due to new shipping rates we need to do some recalculations prior to sending out invoices, however.

Warm regards, Wim

My bottle of Starry Night was waiting for me in Lebanon, NJ when I got home today. Yippee.

Thanks to all those involved in producing and distributing these inks.

Just add another shelf unit ;).

Warmest regards, Wim

P.S.: looks like we finally solved the new postal rates conundrum. Look out for a new message in News very soon :).

Hi there

Can you please advise if you still have any of the noodler's ink bottles for 4.5 oz avaliable

If yes, which color and what are the shipping rates for Sydney, Australia

Cheers

I was wondering if you could check invoice # 1146, to see how far down the list I am. I don't want to seem too impatient, but it has been a while. Thanks. lj

Assuming that that number is orderform 1146 (pink), it is Invoice no. 1177 (blue), which means it should be part of the next shipment.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
