The Ogiva was a pleasant surprise for me, and is now one of my top 3 favorite pens.

I'd love to have the green (looks blue to me) arco, with the hi-tec, Palladium coated trim, very nice.

With a production run of only 30 pens for each celluloid model, my chances of ownership? Not good. They must be pricey items, but nice to see Omas making a really good production decision.

Wonderful pens, every one of them, I bet the "wild" bunch sells out first.

150 very lucky people will get to own these pens. BUY NOW!!

Where can we find these?

Where the photos can from...Novelli. Marco commissioned them as far as I understood.

Not so sure about the Autunno with rose gold. I'm not a huge fan of rose gold in general, but I realize that the original Autunno was made with yellow gold and rhodium finishes. I like yellow gold the best on that pen since it picks up the yellow goldish bit in the Autunno celluloid.

On the one hand, I WANT ONE, but on the other -- the price, etc. Tricky situation, and by the time I will have made my mind, they'll be all gone.

I just bought a Lucens. Like I need another pen :headsmack:

Congratulations! Excellent selection, of course you need it. I would bet pens in this series will join the ranks of other sold out, sought after rarities.

Just wondering why I wasted all my money on a new furnace. :hmm1:

Great find colex.

Grab one of this is a good chance for any Omas collector's.... Novelli's ask to Omas a little production of 30 pens of each celluloid, with the rare "wild" color. Omas has ended this variant of celluloid for the mass of production, they've only for few/little L.E. production at high price! :crybaby:

I've already bought my "wild" with Galileo Galilei L.E. and I'm waiting for the end of year the lunch of a new Arte Italiana facetted L.E. in Lucens celluloid for my little collection... I hope! :notworthy1:

I just placed an order for a Black Lucens with 14K Extraflessible Extrafine Nib.

BTW:

What's the difference between Luces and ExtraLucens?

What's the difference between Luces and ExtraLucens?

Extra Lucens are faceted, Lucens are round/no facets. Both are more "flat top", not cigar shaped like the Ogivas.

Thanks for the clarifications.

I am better informed now.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
