"PRAKASH" "GOYAL" and "ASHOKA" were in Kanpur citi (state:Utter Pradesh)

one "DHEER" pen company also manufactured pens for short period in KOLKATTA (State:West Bangal)

I noticed the following pens being offered by Christoph when searching for a pen case.

I usually place the cap back on the pen and screw it to its threads - countless times every day.

I like the look of the threads on the Christoph pen and thought it might be worth mentioning to the fountain pen manufacturers in India.

They are wider and deeper, but only two or three turns to secure and take off.

What's your opinion?

Thank you for your very kind reply. I recently received a Deccan Advocate black ebonite with silver clip from India, and/also a green Wality 58SL, an orange Airmail 67T,

and a red Airmail 44. Unfortunately, I've only had a few moments with the Deccan Advocate. It is longer and wider than the Guider Marala. For my medium sized man's hand, I would find it difficult to write for extended periods of time. It is definitely a desk pen for me, as the cap would be too large posted, and the pen become unbalanced for writing. It seems very well made with an iridium tip gold plated nib.

Kevin Thiemann is most accommodating, and I'm sure will try to assist you with your purchase and need of a bold nib. He tests all pens before shipping, although you should be prepared to wait a few weeks for their delivery.

Wality, Serwex, Airmail & Deccan India Pens

I applied Renaissance Wax Polish, England to the surface of the green, brown, and black Marala pens on 17 April 2013. The product is fantastic for these pens. It reduces the odor of the pen, strengthens the surface, and makes the pen more scratch resistant. I purchased my 65ml container on Amazon. This amount of wax should last for years, and will be considered as a protector for my other pens.

I'm, also, looking forward to testing two new nibs from Fountain Pen Revolution on the Maralas, which arrived today. You can see these nibs on their site. They are inexpensive by western standards but of a very nice quality.

 

1. Premium Medium Nibs

These steel #5 medium tipped nibs

come in chrome finish and write with a

0.6mm line. They, also, fit most of the pens sold by FPR.

 

2. Premium Fine Nibs

Thes steel #5 fine nibs come in chrome finish

and fit most of the pens sold by Fountain Pen Revolution.

They write with a .4mm line.
