I would be interested also, in knowing where to find such a pen.

You bring the map to Nathan Tardiff's house and grappling lines, I'll bring the nightvision goggles and safecracking equipment.

Nathan's house is in a secluded spot and there are at least 8 video monitoring cameras all around the entrance, even in trees at the end of the driveway!!
Sensitive Pen Restoration doesn't cost extra. Find me on Facebook at MONOMOY VINTAGE PEN

Hmmm... I think I have just the vehicle for this situation.

You got it all wrong. Airwolf is for air superiority.

I don't know... I hear there is a moat around his house filled with Baystate Blue... and catfish fitted with lasers... plus... I don't think the guy sleeps... Posted Image

To get past the radioactive laser catfish, you need one of these:

Oh no! We forgot about the biometric scanners! I think they only respond to Bay State Blue-stained fingerpads.

I've been known to ink before getting out of bed.

On a somewhat serious note, Nathan has talked about these for the last year. Anyone know when they're going into full production for the rest of us?

Honestly, that is my thought too. I bet the flex nib neponset will be out soon. From the sound of some of Nathan's messages... it took a long time to get this music nib the way he wanted it. I can't imagine that would all be in vane. The nib is huge. It doesn't even fit in the section of an ahab, and even if you swap sections, the nib doesn't really fit into the cap. The neponset seems like it was made for a music nib... It has the same piston filler as the ahab, but I run out of ink so fast . As an eye-dropper.... dude.... get a funnel... just dump the bottle in.

I am still hoping he turns it into a ginormous vacumatic. I don't care if I had to heat set the nib myself, brush it with ammonia whenever the moon is full, and get a BSB tattoo on my thumb to make the ink flow... that would be an awesome noodler's pen.... because you know it would be affordable enough to have one in every color.

EDITED: because I can't spell or use proper grammar when I think about fountain pens... and to think I am a teacher... on second thought... I do teach history... it all works.

Any chance of a side by side of the ahab and music nibs?
Whoop! Just saw the picture above.
Wow! That's gotta be MB 149 size.

watch_art my wife is a razorback... so here's to you...

Neponset and Ahap ... classic Noodler's, you can see a ray of light through the tines of the neponset.

Posted Image

Music nib just would not fit well in an ahab... caps too small

Posted Image

Massive ebonite feed

Posted Image

Neopnset does have the double wall o-ring in the plunger. and it seems like it might be a smingen longer...

Posted Image

The thing barely fits in my case... not a huge collection in there right now.... a few are in a converted cigar case (its has never had cigars... but the fit is perfect) and a couple in the book bag.

Heh, I sometimes wonder if I'm the only one who prefers smaller pens (nothing wrong with big ones, but I have small hands) but I would make an exception for this. :) Music nib!
