It's a UK Duofold from 1946 or later time period.

Looks Like a UK Duofold to me - possibly if it's a bit small in Diameter it could be the 'Junior' version which was more slender.

If it is a button filler, it could only be the Duofold NS or AF and the section, cap band and in the case of the NS, end of the barrel are wrong. The nib doesn't look like a Duofold item either.
