The contemporary Rapidograph pens are disposable, stick pens.  The vintage Rapidograph piston reservoir pens have removable writing points, that are threaded same as my Esterbrook nibs.  Have a look.

Indeed.  I encountered some nib to cap collision, and substituted a #2 Sheaffer nib into the Estie collar and feed.
