InkedNib Store Reorganization Sale on eBay!

Hi FPN Folks!

Past customers have probably noticed that we haven't restocked our online store much this past year, and we apologize for that -- 2008 was a seriously rough year, and it has taken most of 2009 to recover from 2008! And I've personally been so busy lately that the only FPs I have been using are my old faithful Parker 51 and my beloved Pelikan M215 (but if you only have 2 pens inked, those ain't bad choices...).

But we are planning a major redo of our website soon -- we're looking for an interface that's not tethered to an outmoded software program running on a 2004 computer!! :headsmack:

And so....we are selling our remaining stock on eBay and will be starting fresh! Hopefully before the holidays.

Take a look at our current auctions, where you'll find VERY reasonable prices on Rohrer & Klingner Inks, Noodler's Inks, and Pelikano and Pelikano Jr. school pens. We are also planning to post our remaining Moleskine journals, Pelikan inks and Private Reserve inks next week.

So here's the good stuff: InkedNib eBay Auctions.

IMPORTANT: If you are not a US resident, please contact me -- the auctions are only set up for US residents, but I am willing to sell to anyone!

Please PM me with any questions and thanks for looking -- and here's to better times ahead!

If you have never dealt with Inked Nib... DO SO... great service...

I am just glad I did not know they were there when I still lived in Suffern...

I would never have had enough money left to do anything... :P

Hi again FPNers!

I have the Private Reserve up on our eBay page, so please check it out!

The prices are a bit below the current retail price, but once we get our regular store going again, we'll be selling at MSRP -- so don't miss out on a deal! These inks are so purty I'm tempted to keep some of them.

And oh yeah -- OldGriz and jbb -- thanks for the kind words! :bunny01:

All the best,

Nat

Just posting to bump this thread up and let you know that we still have several bottles of Private Reserve, Rohrer & Klingner and Noodler's Ink, as well as some Pelikanos, up on our eBay auctions!

The prices are good -- mostly frozen in time from 2007, because we haven't raised them as often as the vendors have. And I will make a donation from the proceeds to FPN -- because why should PayPal, Auctiva and eBay get a cut and not FPN?? :hmm1::)

Thanks for looking!!

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
