Maybe you are right but if that is the case I might not purchase any Pelikan in the future.

As we all know most FP users buy and sell over and over again.So if I loose the warranty book of one of my pens........(If you have over 30 pelikans) :unsure:

Actually warranty booklet is easier to keep than the tons of boxes you have.

 

Imagine you got 100 pens means you got 100 boxes.

 

If you think deeper of warranty booklet and price control of the product, you will understand the real needs to maintaining certain price control over the pens been sold and authorised pens been sold.

 

If unauthorised pen been sold and throw till rock bottom price.....your pens asset will be worthless. That is something that pen got to learn from luxury watches.

 

You dont wish your pens investment not to be control right ?

 

At first , you maybe happily purchase a pen at a very cheap price from unauthorised dealer, but if you think deeper , the price keep dropping down. Meaning other of your pens price also drop due to lacking of control of unauthorised dealer 's priciing.

 

You will understand the hurt is done on your investment of your pens over the years.

 

The final choice is still you
