Hello this is my first review so sorry if it isnt perfect but it try my best.

The parker junior duofold is a great and cheap pen. Idont think you can beat this for the money.

Value for money:
i bought my parker junior duofold off ebay for a mere £19 including postage. i was a bit curious with how good a pen that costs £20 would right but i was suprised. For £20 you get a simple but still classy looking pen made out of mostly plastic with a gold trim. when you walk through you come to a 14 carat gold nib. What a delight this nib is, this is such a smooth nib it reminds me of ice skating. I can honestly say no £20 pen will beat this one.

filling:

inside you will find an old aeromatic filler which is easy to use. just place the nib of the pen in a bottle of ink and squeeze the plastic thing at least five times and you have a full tank. I have found that the ink capacity is very good because i only fill up once i week when im at school not bad for 25hours of writing.

Writing experience/ nib:

as i said the nib is 14carat gold and is very plain. i got a medium and it is a true medium it isnt broad it isnt fine It IS MEDIIUM! this pen is a bit like susan boyle, you dont expect much but you get a lot more, its like seeing a nissan micra do 250mph, you dont expect this pen to write so well.

Conclusion:

i dont really care about looks thats why i havent included it in this review but if you are looking for a cheap pen that writes like a good mont blanc then this is the pen for you. if you want a pen that looks like katie price then this pen isnt for you.

Kind Regards
Josh

Hi,

Nice review as I have often said these are very underated pens (although the larger ones are commanding higher prices recently), I have about 15 in various sizes/colours a number of matching MPs and even a couple of BPs.

Glad you are enjoying the pen.

Thank you for the nice comment. I also agree that the pen is underated and i think the reason why is because when someone says a duofold they get in their mind £300. people need to know about this pen, the sooner they know about it the more happier fpners.

kind regards
josh

Agree that these are great writers. A friend who always wants to try my newest acquisitions absolutely loved the Junior Duofold. I found another one and gave it to her. She still raves about it.
