A veteran is someone who wrote a blank check Made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'
That is Honor, and there are way too many people in This country who no longer understand it.

Thanks for sharing impressions, pics, and experiences, all, particularly for those of us who were unable to make it (AGAIN!) this year.
I suppose I should be happy that the car has those much-needed new tires and brakes, right? RIGHT?! :crybaby:

Great "You Are There" review R-V:)
very good tips for a 1st timer at a collectibles show..
Glad you found the the Skyline set, and met with friendly folks to help you along with your project..
(poke boxes are a great resource for new ones-not sure about pen shows, but some 'other collectible' show dealers are known to seed a few 'finds' to make such digging rewarding, esp for new ones/juniors)
Please share pics once its up and running:)

sooo...how many at the ink table at 2?

There were about a dozen or so at the height of the "Meet and Greet"!
It was great to see everyone, and put names with faces!
I had to leave about 2:15, because I was only about half way through the show!
(Sorry, did not want to appear rude if I did!)

Operation "Pistachio" was a success!!

Darn. Missed it again, third year in a row, since I started collecting.
But, we are on the road, moving from NY to IL.
Thanks to everyone for sharing their show experiences.

I'm bummed I didn't get to see ya there. Maybe next year, huh? :)
