Cross Pen blowout at your local T.J. Maxx or Marshalls

As of 13 April 2009....

 

Just checked the local T. J. Maxx and Marshall's stores. They both have some nice, boxed Cross pens -- almost all ballpoints and rollerballs--in various sizes, marked at clearance prices of $7.50 per pen. Not FPs, but some nice stuff that retailed for up to $89.00 according to the original price stickers. Nice gifts with the box and all. Cheap! Check them out at your local store.

Bah! I just drove to my two area Marshall's and neither had Cross pens. I even rooted around the store to see if I could find one that an individual had set down.

 

I hope others have better luck (or better stocked stores)!

And that's half the fun of T.J's/Marshalls/Ross - the ever-changing selection of stuff. The local T.J's had a ton of Cross last year, all rollerball/ballpoint/pencil. I went through the stack, checking, because that's how I am...

The last time I was there, maybe a month ago, they had a few pens in the clearance area, but I was good and didn't buy any.
