The stingray skin is used from the ancient time of japanese Samurai warriors. They was using this incredible hard pen to cover their sword handle since the surface of this skin have thousand bone bubbles that gift any object of unbelievable gripping. For the same reason is incredible the light effect that these bubbles have, you will see a blade of light run from bubble to bubble all aroud the pen while you turn it.

This pen is equipped with a high quality German nib (Bock), a Medium sized point (other sizes available: Extra Fine, Fine, Broad and BB). We can also upgrade this fountain with a solid 18 ct gold nib both in yellow and white gold. Please contact us for gold nib prices.
