FPN Galileo Manuscript Brown - 3 oz. bottle
The first ink produced exclusively for the Fountain Pen Network by Noodlers Ink Co., is a bulletproof, brown ink, which on some papers and with some pens, occasionally shows a thin red edge along a side of a letter (character). This is very similar to the famous Galileo Manuscript of August 1609 and January 1610, where Galileo describes the first sightings of the moons of Jupiter, a truly pivotal moment in the history of the celestial sciences. We dedicate this ink to Galileo, and his manuscript describing his discoveries.
Not only is this ink waterproof/bulletproof, but it also has very good lubrication characteristics and shows some shading. When applied thickly, it may bleed through, especially with thinner, cheaper papers.
An absolutely stunning and eye-catching ink :).
