Just got back from wandering a few Antique Bazaars with my wife and daughter this afternoon.... This was actually my wife's idea for me to look for some pens.... and my daughter loved every minute of it.. What a great afternoon together..

Results are one purchase and one SERIOUS QUESTION....
Got an uninked Burgundy Sheaffer Snorkel Statesman in the box with the original papers for $20.00... The guy originally wanted $35 until I explained how much restoration work the pen would need and made a counter offer.

Now for the SERIOUS QUESTION ....
I saw a Morrison BHR with Gold filled wave design overlay in absolutely cherry condition. Not a mark on the pen or the nib...
The pen is a full length about 5" long... I might be able to get it for $90...
There is also a short version of the same pen, exactly the same condition and gold fill for $55....
Should I jump on these pens or let them pass. AND NO, I am not telling you where the pens are... tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif
