I just wanted to let everyone know of the incredible customer service at Stipula. I have a Duetto with a Factory Stub nib. One night I was putting the cap back on it I noticed that it went on a little tighter than normal. When I took it back off I found the tines of the nib some how got caught and where twisted around each other. So after a slight attempt of trying to fix it myself I decided to contact Stipula. I got in touch with Julia. She sent me their Fedex account number and address on where to send it. So I shipped it off. They had it for a couple of weeks. The whole time Julia keep me posted on what was going on. Friday morning I received an email from her stating the pen was going out that day.
Yesterday afternoon I got home from work to find a fedex package and my Duetto inside. All I can say is WOW!!! The pen writes better than when I first got it. It's amazing!!

All that service and it didn't cost me a dime. What a great company!!
