About two weeks ago I whined a little on Pentrace about my Prometheus that was a hard starter and just a tad off in regard to flow on the upstroke.
Richard Binder, to whom I was probably going to send the pen, wrote me and told me to contact Bexley. I had purchased the pen new and sent in the card, so I figured I would give it a try.
Short version of the story: Pen back in a week writing perfectly. Now I don't want to sell it and would consider picking up one with a Medium nib. They even fixed the slight jump in the cap, which I had not mentioned.
BTW, I do think the Americana and 10th Anniversary are both tremendous pens. Now I can add the Prometheus to my list of excellent pens. I don't know exactly who fixed thepen, but he did a heck of a job on mine.
