I have a Parker Place Vendome fountain pen that can use refills and also uses a "bladder " type thing that is like a flexible refill set between a tweezer-like apparatus that you squeeze and then dip into the ink and release to fill. Does anyone know what this is called and if they still manufacture these things? Does Parker make any other type of ink bladder for this particular model pen?

This was a special edition pen and variations of it are still about.

Penhero has some good information on it:

Thank you very much for the quick reply. I wonder if I have believed I had the Place Vendome all along, only to now discover that I have a Rialto....my pens are black laquer and not silver at all...
