Full Version: MB Cookies and Spices - any idea?

Hi. I'm just wondering if anybody might have some idea about this Montblanc Cookies and Spices ink? It's supposed to be chocolately in colour, smell of "cookies and spices", and come in an (IMO) interesting bottle.

I like brown very much (ink, clothes and shoes, etc). Although I'm perfectly satisfied with my PR Copper Burst, I certainly don't mind trying a brown ink with a twist - if it's any good. So, any thoughts about this ink? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

It is a very pretty, dark brown ink. smile.gif

Hi,

I think Bryan has a scanned sample. My scanner is not working well at this point.

Hi,

I received a letter written with MB Cookies and Spices ink, and it is a beautiful brown... with no trace of smell whatsoever. It faded in the three weeks that took the letter to arrive.

As for brown inks, my favorites are Noodler's Standard Brown and a mixture or PR Copperburst and Noodler's Shah's Rose in halves.

The official name is "Seasons Greetings" after some googling. And oh what a cute bottle! I think I have to get this ink just for the bottle tongue.gif
