Just took a look at the News section at Pendemonium, and they are expecting a bulletproof hunter green from Noodler's soon. There is a small writing sample there and it looks pretty dreamy to me. It's $13 for a 1 oz. bottle -I'm emailing Sam to see if that's a typo or this is just a really expensive ink!

Yep, it's 1 oz. for $13 - just confirmed by Sam. Dyes for permanent inks are skyrocketing and a regular sized bottle would be through the roof so at least this way we can try it and see if we like it. Judging by the description (deep & dark green) and bulletproof quality, I think I'm going to love it...my pocketbook weeps but life is short

It looks like all the "bullet proofs" are about that price. Nice to have an eternal green!

It's the 1 oz. that caught my eye. Normally, Noodler's inks are 3 oz bottles. I've sent an email to them and they are great about responding. I'll update when I hear something. I'm keeping fingers crossed for a typo

I think that's the same price as the Eternal Luxury Blue. We sell the Eternal Blue 1 oz (28.4ml) bottle for only slightly less than the larger 3oz (85ml) bottles.

That color looks amazing! I've been looking for a good green, and I think I may have just found it

. Thanks for the heads up...

Yes, that written sample looks good

. The price is no surprise to me. Luxury Hunter Green has just joined Luxury Blue and Blue Ghost (all three at the same price point) on my wish list.

Hard to tell, but it doesn't look that different from Verdun.
I really like Lux. Blue -- it's become, literally, my signature ink -- but you really have to wonder if it's worth the premium over, say, Gulf Stream Blue or Swishmix Glacier. I dunno. I take comfort in the fact that, if you use it for signatures only, a 1-oz. bottle of luxury ink will last a LONG time -- a good year, at least, and I sign my name a lot.

I use legal lapis and luxury blue as my primary inks (mostly because of the job). However, as much as I appreciate the features I'm not all that wild about the intensity of the ink. I still like my Levenger Cobalt Blue for overall "Blue-ness." Ahhh, but still I'll have to look at the Noodlers Luxury Hunter.

I've been using Swishers Permanent Viridian Green with good results. It's a very, very nice, deep green.
I also have used Luxury Blue, but I'm not thrilled with the dusky color. I much prefer other blues, esp at the high price of that little bottle. I like Legal Lapis much more than Luxury Blue.

I think Pendemonium is trying to have some delivered for the Atlanta Pen show but for those of us not attending, it's looking like 24th/25th at their store but that could vary by a day or two, I'm sure. You can place a pre-order though. Usual disclaimer here - no affilation just a happy customer several time over.

Yep, it's 1 oz. for $13
I wonder if that's
1 ounce by weight again or 1 fluid ounce?
