I have an Eversharp Symphony cap whose inner cap is loose. Just loose enough to spin, so that when you screw it on, the outer cap keeps spinning. This is a real drag when you're trying to take the cap off, because only the outer cap wants to spin.

It's not loose enough for the inner cap to come out, at least not easily -- I can only get it to come out perhaps 1mm.

Is there an easy way to fix this?
