I have several Cross Century ball pens that have been left unused for years. Now the barrels appear to have stuck as I cannot move out the ball point tip by turning the cap. The cap would just keep on turning and no refill tip can be seen. Tried some hot water bath but didn't work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also, anyone knows the address for Cross repair service?

Maybe the lifetime warranty?
My aunt used to have a cross century mechanical pencil that stuck and didn't worked. It was so old that they could not repair, but replaced the internal mechanism and sent a letter apologizing for not being able to repair the internals, but stating the external was the same. Or something like that.
