A copuple days ago I bought an old Pelikan 100N with Red Hard Rubber cap and blind cap.
The piston filler is stuck and its tortoise blind is loose and broken. Also the cap is loose.
I'd like to restore it but I don't know who can do it.
Who do you suggest? Who is (let's say) the Pelikan Pope?
