I absolutly go gaga over the Writers Edition pen series.

With me its WE all the way.

To be honest I am also a realistic.I dont have a chance to make a collection of the POA due to high prices so I set my goals accordingly.

For me it would be WE, but I really like the 333 and if I could afford it... I would vote skeleton...
lapis
At the moment, none of these.

I will very rarely get the chance to afford a POA MB, well I could if I stopped buying watches and my apple laptops. That is not likely to ever happen. But my wife purchased me my first writers edition and I love it.

None of the shown choices. I prefer the metal variety, precious and stainless steel, of the production models. Me I am a Solitaire fanatic !!

the writers editions for me even tough I finished my MB collections, I think these are the best limited edition pens you can buy with a perfect craftsmanship blowing montegrappa, krone and omas in terms of quality and finish. For what concerns me I am mainly a daily writer person hence why I am not into limited editions.

I love my agatha christie pen, but not as a daily writer. The LE pens are too 'fragile' (mentally i must say) to leave home on a daily basis smile.gif
Maybe someday i'd change my mind happyberet.gif

I

I've antagonized many here, so far be it for me to step in, but I will. Okay boys, ...that's enough. I've picked nits too, but you both have too much to add to the posts in this forum to get into semantics about how each other reads FPN.

For the folks who ask me "who are you to moderate?" I'm just a guy who is asking "why can't we all just get along?" We all like MB pens right?

Now that is the million dollar question here isn't it.

I don't know what I stepped into the middle of, but I think the PA editions are a good balance. Generous use of metals, and more exotic designs just adds up. Not that there's anything wrong with the WE or anythings, but only feel strongly about one or two of them.

Let me apologize for this up front but I see it all the time and I'd like to say something about it. I enjoy reading what's going on here on FPN a great deal. I don't do much posting because I just don't have the time or more often than not, the energy. Rest assured low posters like myself are not hunting the site looking for opportunities to bushwack other members with snarky comments.

There are members who routinely start these little episodes, generally with an unwarrented, snarky suggestion usually with a big wink or thumbs up and after the inevitable argument complain bitterly. The ambulance chaser shows up and after sizing things up does a little snarking from the sidelines. Then the "victim" and the chaser hurl insults at someone's back after they walk away. I've seen this play out dozens of times.

In any case I'm going to disappear for days or months again but I'd like to point out that the people here complaining about snarking and derogatory commentary are also the only people actually doing it.
