I am travelling tomorrow and was hoping to take my Boheme Marron along.. What do you advise me to do? smile.gif i.e. throw out the cartridge before taking off (is that enough?)? Throw out the old one and put a new one in?

Can I just do nothing and keep the pen upright in my jacket pocket during the flight and hope for the best? How do Boheme(s) usually react on flights any experience? smile.gif

Thank you
QM2
Don't do anything special, just proceed as usual.

go on the plane with cartridges and I write with them on the plane as well.

Bohemes should "fly" okay. Keep the cartridge in place and enjoy writing with proper ink at 30000ft !

:-)

QM2 and Orangesam thanks.. Do you think it matters how full the cartridge is? smile.gif

As long as you keep the nib pointed up during takeoff and climb and also on decent and landing, you should be o.k. The fullness of the cartridge shouldn't matter.

Thanks guys.. I actually went and came back and then pen behaved beautifully smile.gif It didn't leak or anything, the nib was still spotless clean.

Next trip I want to try either the 146 or the 149 and try to see how much of a difference there'll be smile.gif
