It is a Sentinel or a Clipper - can't see enough of the nib - two tone is Sentinel straight silver color is Clipper. Someone has had the point off as the snorkel tube is 1/4 turn off of the proper position.

I'm inclined to think it's a Clipper-- the ring on that point looks pretty darn silver. There's a chance that someone dismounted the sac protector and ran it into the wrong slots when putting things back together, so the misaligned snorkel might not be a big deal at all.

The pen looks pretty sweet and good price too! A few minutes of TLC and it should be a great writer. I love the phsst sound of a new o-ring.
